This is just the cover. It was personally signed by Cheech & Chong on the front in 2009. There's a previous owner's name on the front cover, adding a bit of history to it.
This is a collectible cover, not meant for any specific use other than display. Keep it in a dry and cool place to prevent damage. Avoid direct sunlight as it may fade the signature and the cover over time. When handling, make sure your hands are clean to avoid leaving any marks on it. You can display it in a frame to protect it and show it off at the same time.
