This is a 1968 Polydor DP - 1568 item. There was a 500 yen price sticker on the back of the PS. When it was removed, it caused a minor tear on the surface.

To use this product, handle it gently due to the minor surface tear. Keep it in a dry and clean place to prevent further damage. When moving it, be careful not to put too much pressure on the area with the tear.
