This is an 'A' Label advanced promotional item from the 1963 COLPIX Label (PX.11012). Sadly, the visual grading doesn't match the playback quality of the 45. It seems to have had poor mastering, and the B - side plays with a lot of crackling noise.
When using this 45 record, just put it on your record player as you normally would. But be aware that the B - side has some crackling due to poor mastering. To keep it in good shape, handle it gently by the edges to avoid scratches. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and dust. Don't touch the playing surface with dirty hands as this could make the sound even worse.
