This helmet is great for motorcycle rides. To use it, just put it on your head and fasten the strap under your chin. Make sure it fits snugly but not too tight. When you're done riding, take it off gently. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Clean it regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Don't use harsh chemicals as they may damage the helmet's surface. Also, check the strap and the helmet for any signs of wear and tear before each use.
