This is a 2004 release from Relapse Records (RR6621 - 1). It's a sealed copy. However, there's a heavy corner crease under the shrink - wrap, and the seal across the top seam has split in two places.

Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its condition.
